Our home inspections are done in compliance to the (ASHI) standard, the standard and practice of the American Society of Home Inspection Inc. which  has been established since 1976. The ASHI is the forerunner in this industry from which all other home inspection associations in North America are extracted and modeled.

All our technocrats are formally trained, certified and must have been practitioners in their respective disciplines (Home Inspector, Site Inspector and Drafters) for a minimum of three years before being able to be employed by STRUCTURES & FABRICS HOME & BUILDING INSPECTION INC.

Before being dispatched to an assignment on site all necessary tools, measuring instruments, camera, printer and other requirements must be thoroughly checked and calibrated for accuracy.

Feed-back from our clients on our performance in general are always welcome and encouraged, we place a high value on our clients opinions. Every concerns, negatives or positives helps us to evaluate ourselves there by correcting any problems, give rewards and other commendations when its due.

 Structures & Fabrics Home & Building Inspection Inc. offers free consultations within reasonable limits. Our relationship with our clients does not end at the conclusion of our inspections and other assignments. Updates are sent to past clients providing their addresses or contact numbers remain the same as on our records.

These updates addresses changing conditions in the home and surroundings with references to remedial actions and corrective measures to fix same.

The updates are usually in the form of booklets or other documents and are not restricted to the house itself but also the sick, aging and elderly occupants whose surroundings might have to be modified or changed to being more user friendly given their circumstances.

 We are currently serving GTA, DURHAM, PEEL,YORK, HALTON and surrounding areas. STRUCTURES & FABRICS HOME & BUILDING INSPECTION INC. are at your service seven days per week, Monday thru Sunday from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm.

It is recommended that we are given at least two days or 48 hours notice so that we can mobilize and at times re-schedule less urgent demands in order to facilitate our clients schedule in the best way possible.
